Established Gie Hung Enterprise Co.,Ltd. ( 吉鴻工業社 ), to make Fiber Opener, Carding Machine, Scraps (cloth / non-woven fabric) Processing Machine and door mat making machine.

Established Gie Yu Enterprise Co., Ltd. ( 吉裕實業社 ), used OE type of spinning machine to spin industrial yarn. The yarns produced were supplied to Sofa, Leather bags, Wall Paper and Blanket manufacturers for further processing.

Established Taiwan Jie Sheng Enterprise Co. Ltd, business expanded to cover the design, development and making of a complete line of Thermo-Bonded Non-Woven Fabric manufacturing machine.
The first Thermo-bonded Non-Woven Fabric manufacturing machine made by the Company was used by the Company to manufacture non-woven fabric for Sales.

The market place believed that there was a conflict of interest for a Company to make and sell non-woven fabric machine and at the same time also make and sell non-woven fabric. Therefore a new Company, Shanp Deng Enterprise Co Ltd was formed; to take over the making and selling of non-woven fabric business from Taiwan Jie Sheng Co Ltd.
From this year, Taiwan Jie Sheng Co Ltd and Shanp Deng Enterprise Co Ltd are two separate Company which operate independent from each other.
